Email contact

Contact begins only when you choose to open and send the prepared email. The email may include the name, work email, company and short problem description you entered. Please do not send source code, credentials, secrets, personal data beyond your contact details, or sensitive product information.

How email is handled

Information sent by email is used to answer your enquiry, assess whether a Release Gap Check is suitable and, if you agree to proceed, deliver the engagement. Retention, confidentiality and any required processor terms are agreed in writing before sensitive customer material is accepted.
